Umoh is an ardent female Attorney with an eye for detail, highly organized and known for maintaining confidentiality and employing discretion. She is skilled with over 6 years’ experience in the areas of Real Estate Management, Corporate Governance and Sustainable Development.

Before joining the Firm, she worked as Counsel with the Legal Aid Council, Ministry of Justice, Kwara State, Adetoun Olorunmaiye & Co. and Okungbowa Adesina & Co. (SAN). Her expert opinion has been sought by various Business/Investment Clients on corporate proceedings, business organization and structures; and has actively managed the registration and pre/post incorporation process of Trademarks, Business Names, Companies, and Incorporated Trustees in Nigeria at the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment and the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), respectively.

Out of Court, she is an apt researcher and volunteer in the field for Companies and Non-Governmental Organizations, where she is a Company Secretary and a member of the board of Trustees, respectively. She has been a participant and a facilitator in numerous trainings .and professional seminars.
