Before joining the Firm, she worked as Counsel with the Legal Aid Council, Ministry of Justice, Kwara State, Adetoun Olorunmaiye & Co. and Okungbowa Adesina & Co. (SAN). Her expert opinion has been sought by various Business/Investment Clients on corporate proceedings, business organization and structures; and has actively managed the registration and pre/post incorporation process of Trademarks, Business Names, Companies, and Incorporated Trustees in Nigeria at the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment and the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), respectively.
